DINING  OUT  BLUES

.    .    .

I love  dining at restaurants.
But sometimes I get bored waiting
for my food.  I have found
a way to entertain myself with
twist ties.  These small wires that
come with household items
such as trash bags and
plastic food baggies make
passing my time enjoyable.
Here's what I do  . . .

(1)  Find a bunch of twist ties and separate them into individual pieces.

(2)  Pick out a couple of wires.

(3)  Create a head by forming a loop in the middle of one wire.

(4)  Twist to form a head and two arms.

(5)  Loop the second wire around the bottom of the head.

(6)  Twist the wire at bottom of the head to secure it.  You will have something looking like the picture above.

(7)  Form the body by making a second twist under the first.  Now you'll have a miniature wire friend to entertain you.

You can create a bunch
of little people and make them
perform in a circus, compete
at the Olympics, or dance in
the Nutcracker.
